To acquire the Operative Suit in Starfield, players must initiate the Ryujin Industries faction missions and complete the "Sabotage" quest. While progressing through Ryujin Industries' quests, you will eventually receive the "Sabotage" mission, which is stealth-oriented and involves breaking into Infinity Ltd.
The armor is found in the basem*nt of The Lodge, in the room at the far end that also contains a framed painting and some storage boxes. Look to the left and you'll see a mannequin inside a glass case.
Siding with Ularu also removes the Stealth requirement for any mission you later pick up on the Ryujin Industries mission board. Who you ultimately decide to side with depends on whether you're playing an ethical run or not and, if this is the case, then you'll want to side with Masako.
You can also easily find a Ryujin Industries kiosk in Neon - it sits in Neon Core directly opposite the elevator which takes you to the landing pad for your ship. This means it will literally be in front of you if you take the elevator from the landing pad to the central hub of Neon.
Regardless of the facts, players still can opt to side with Imogene or betray her, instead siding with Ularu, who is the actual mole inside Ryujin Industries.
Afterwards you'll be given your own office in Ryujin Tower, with a kiosk you can use to get more missions in the same vein as your previous assignments here. You'll also find several new weapons and some handy resources in your office – congratulations, you're now part of the corporate machine!
Out of every armor set in Starfield, none are more effective than the Starborn Venator armor. The only way to acquire this piece is by completing the main story and entering the Unity to start a New Game Plus 10 times.
The rewards obtained from completing the Ryujin Industries are excellent for players running a stealth or persuasion build. Players won't receive a massive spaceship, but they do get two valuable items for stealth players. The operative suit is given to players and provides a 25% sneak bonus.
