  • On Delgado's Homepage, access the Quick Links menu, and select LoLA Login.
  • New Users should select the New User set-up to start.

Hints to successfully setting up your LoLA account:

  1. Select the New user set-up under the Help section of the LoLA homepage
  2. Enter the email address that you used to create your Delgado application and birthday
  3. Continue to follow the directions to set up your new password.

You will need to access LoLA often. Please record and protect your username and password. Your educational records need to be kept confidential.

Student Personal Profile

Student Profile

  • Log into LoLA (Delgado’s online student portal)
  • Select Student,
  • Select Academic Profile (located in Academic Links Block)
  • Provides an overview of:
    • Contact Information
    • Registration Notices
    • Holds
    • Cumulative GPA, Test Scores

Update Personal Information

  • Log into LoLA
  • Under the Self Service box click Personal Information
  • Option to:
    • Edit Existing Information
    • Delete Information
    • Add New Information

Registration

Register For Classes

  • Log into LoLA (Delgado’s online student portal).
  • Select Student
  • Select Registration (located in Academic Links Block)
  • Select Register for Classes
    • If prompted,resolve action items
  • Select term and click continue
  • FInd classes by:
    • Searching in the subject box OR
    • Enter CRN number
  • Add course to schedule
  • In Summary box, click Submit to register for classes

Add/Drop Classes - CHANGE TO DROP CLASSES

  • Log into LoLA (Delgado’s online student portal).
  • Select Student
  • Select Registration (located in Academic Links Block)
  • Select Register for Classes
  • Select term and continue
  • In the Summary box
    • Click the Action dropdown box
  • Select Web Drop and Submit

View/Print My Schedule/Registration

  • Log into LoLA (Delgado’s online student portal)
  • Select Student(Upper left hand corner)
  • Under academic links select My Schedule
  • Select Term to view
  • To Print Schedule: select Print icon in the upper right hand corner

View Grades

  • Log into LoLA (Delgado’s online student portal)
  • Select Student (Upper left hand corner)
  • Select Academic Profile
  • Under Profile Picture select View Grades

View Hold(s)

  • Log into LoLA (Delgado’s online student portal)
  • Select Student Tab (upper left hand corner)
  • Select Academic Profile (Located in Academic Links Block)
  • Select Holds (upper right hand corner)
  • If you have a hold, select Down Arrow to view:
  1. Name/Type of Hold
  2. Originator: College that placed the hold on your account
  3. Processes Affected: Displays what the hold prevents you from doing

View an Unofficial Academic Transcript

  • Log into LoLA (Delgado’s online student portal)
  • Select Student (upper left hand corner)
  • Select Unofficial Transcript (Located in Academic Links Block)
  • Click submit

Financial Aid

Find out how to:
  • View/Accept Financial Aid Offers
  • Check Authorized Aid
  • Check Student Requirements
  • Check your Financial Aid SAP Status
  • Check on your Bookstore Credit
  • Find my EFC (Expected Family Contribution)
Be sure to set LoLA to the aid year you are checking on.
  • 2020-2021 Aid Year is for Fall 2020 (includes Winter session 2020), Spring 2021 (includes Maymester 2021), and Summer 2021 payment periods.
  • 2021-2022 Aid Year is for Fall 2021 (includes Winter session 2021), Spring 2022 (includes Maymester 2022), and Summer 2022 payment periods.

View/Accept Financial Aid Offers

  • Log into LoLA (Delgado’s online student portal)
  • Select Financial Aid under Self Service Banner.
  • Select Delgado Community College under Financial Aid Links
  • Select Award Offer
  • View and Accept Award

*If prompted, you may need to read then accept terms and conditions.

Check Authorized Aid

  • Log into LoLA (Delgado’s online student portal)
  • Select Student under Self Service Banner.
  • Select Account Detail for Term under My Account
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and view Authorized Financial Aid as of [Month, Day, Year].
  • Authorized Financial Aid Balance - A dollar amount listed here means your classes are secured and will not be purged.
  • If you have a waiver, you should see the waiver applied to your account.
  • Learn more about securing classes.

Check Student Requirements

  • Log into LoLA (Delgado’s online student portal)
  • Select Financial Aid under Self Service Banner.
  • Select Delgado Community College under Financial Aid Links
    • TheHome tab lists all Unsatisfied and Satisfied Requirments.
    • Complete all requirments labeled REQUESTED
  • Also review the Satisfactory Academic Progress tab

Check Your Financial Aid SAP Status

  • Log into LoLA (Delgado’s online student portal)
  • Select Financial Aid under Self Service Banner.
  • Select Delgado Community College under Financial Aid Links
  • Select Satisfactory Academic Progress

Check for Bookstore Credit

  • Log in to the Student ID Card portal using your LoLA (Delgado’s online student portal) login.
  • Select Manage Account - Home to view your Bookstore Credit.
  • If it says $0.00, you have no Bookstore Credit.
  • Learn more about bookstore credits.

Finding my Expected Family Contribution (EFC)

  • Log into LoLA (Delgado’s online student portal)
  • SelectFinancial AidunderSelf Service Banner.
  • Select Delgado Community College underFinancial Aid Links
  • Select Award Offer - EFC is displayed on the award offer

Account/Payment Information

Check for Disbursem*nt/Refunds

  • Log into LoLA (Delgado’s online student portal)
  • Select Student under Self Service Banner.
  • Select Account Detail for Term under My Account
  • Disbursem*nt has occurred if your account balance is negative.
  • Refunds occur after disbursem*nt (negative account balance) and your account balance is now ($0.00).

Access Payment Options

  • Log into LoLA (Delgado’s online student portal)
  • Select Student under Self Service Banner.
  • Select Account Summary under My Account (account information)
  • Under My Account select the Payment Plan Processing tab
  • Click Pay Now to make a payment

Check for Bookstore Credit

  • Log in to the Student ID Card portal using your LoLA login.
  • Select Manage Account - Home to view your Bookstore Credit.
  • If it says $0.00, you have no Bookstore Credit.
  • Learn more about bookstore credits.

Access Student Tuition Statements (1098-T)

  • Log into LoLA (Delgado’s online student portal)
  • Select Student under Self Service Banner
  • Select Tax Notification under My Account
  • Select the tax year from the dropdown
