Oh baby, I love this easy refried dip. Serve this cold refried bean dip in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. This Mexican dip features three layers.

1st Layer: Refried Beans

2nd Layer: Sour Cream, Mayonnaise, Taco Seasoning Mixture

3rd Layer: Mexican Toppings, like sliced green onions, tomatoes, olives (optional) and shredded cheese

Serve this 3 layer Bean Dip with tortilla chips for the perfect appetizer or snack. In our family, we actually eat this as a stand-alone meals. No judgement, please.

Step By Step Instructions

  1. Layer refried beans in the bottom of a 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
  2. Combine sour cream and mayonnaise; stir in dry taco seasoning mix. Spread over top refried beans.
  3. Sprinkle green onions, diced tomatoes and sliced olives (optional) over top.
  4. Top with shredded cheese. Lightly press into the sour cream layer.
  5. Refrigerate.
  6. Serve with tortilla chips.
