This is a collection of what we feel are our four essential Italian cookies and classic biscotti for an Easter celebration.

Our hand-made, fig filled "cucidati" are a constant on almost every Italian-American cookie platter. Our filling is complex and delicious with nuts and orange peel enveloped in a tender cookie shell.

Pizzelles were always the star of our family platters as they were a traditional cookie for our grandparents who all hailed from the Abruzzi region in Italy. We have added whole anise seed to this pressed waffle butter cookie.

Biscotti Amaretti is the most famous Italian cookie of all. Made without flour or any added fat this almond macaroon is light, crunchy and intensely almond.

Chocolate Dipped Biscotti Di Prato we feel are something of an invention our family has created. We have taken our award-winning classic almond biscotti floated and decorated them with premium French dark chocolate. They are deliciously balanced between the lean almond biscotti and the rich complex chocolate that decorate each one.
